Designed for stress relief, recovery, and restoring mobility, Stretch & Mobility offers a supportive, non-intimidating space to reset both physically and mentally.

Yoga Fusion & Release

This class blends energizing yoga-inspired movement with resistance stretching to warm, strengthen, and open the body. In the second half of class, we shift into guided myofascial release using therapy balls to melt away tension, restore mobility, and leave you feeling as though you’ve had a full-body massage. Expect to finish class lighter, more open, and deeply renewed.
