Our Classes
At Salty Sun Studio, yoga is an important part of what we offer—but we believe wellness goes beyond yoga alone. Movement, mobility, nervous system balance, and recovery all play a role in feeling your best.
That’s why our schedule includes both yoga and wellness classes designed to help you move better, reduce stress, and support your overall wellbeing.
Band & Blocks
Bands & Blocks is where good vibes meet great movement! Using just resistance bands and yoga blocks, we’ll groove to music while building strength, mobility, coordination, and balance. Expect plenty of laughs, a few wobbles, and that satisfying “oh wow, I didn’t know I had muscles there” feeling. It’s all about tuning into your body, not perfecting a pose—come move, connect, and feel amazing!
Beach Mobility
Improve flexibility, joint health, and everyday movement with this relaxed mobility class. Beach Mobility focuses on gentle stretches and mobility exercises that help release stiffness from sitting, workouts, or daily stress. Perfect for anyone wanting to move more freely and feel better in their body.
Desk Reset
Designed for people who spend long hours sitting or working at a computer, Desk Reset helps relieve tension in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips. Through simple movements and stretches, this class helps restore posture, improve circulation, and reset the body during a busy day.
Dynamic Flow Yoga & Stretch
A unique yoga fusion class that blends Dynamic Contraction Technique™ (DCT) with yoga. DCT is an active resistance stretching method that uses your muscles’ own contractions to release tension from within, offering a deeper stretch without the strain of passive stretching.
By engaging your muscles in three distinct ways, this technique helps recruit, retain, and release tension from both muscles and fascia. The result is increased circulation, improved mobility, and deeper access to your body’s natural flexibility.
Evening Meditation
Slow down and unwind at the end of the day with guided meditation designed to calm the mind and relax the nervous system. This class provides a quiet space to release stress, reconnect with your breath, and settle into a deeper sense of calm before the evening.
Movement Lab
A class focused on building better movement, coordination, and body awareness.
Using rotational, ground-based, and developmental patterns — along with tools like Swiss balls, kettlebells, and rope — you’ll develop stronger, more connected movement.
Beginner-friendly and unlike a traditional workout.
Nervous System Reset
A gentle class to help your body slow down, release tension, and shift out of stress mode. Through mindful movement, supported postures, and calming breathwork, you’ll feel more grounded, relaxed, and at ease. All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.
Rhythm & Flow
This is your time to move, breathe, and feel good from the inside out. This mixed‑level class blends strength and softness to help build pliability, resilience, and release—on and off the mat. Expect an empowering flow set to music, mindful guidance that keeps you connected to how your body feels, and that just‑right mix of challenge and ease that leaves you feeling balanced, open, and grounded.
Root & Rise
A fusion of dynamic yoga, resistance stretching, and myofascial release designed to build strength, improve mobility, and release deep tension.
Move, strengthen, and open your body — then finish with targeted release work to leave you feeling lighter, more open, and restored.
All levels welcome.
Rope Flow
A low-impact, full-body movement class using a rope to build coordination, strength, and flow through continuous rotational patterns. No jumping — just smooth, connected movement that improves balance, timing, and overall efficiency. Beginner-friendly and unlike anything you’ve tried before.
Yoga Fusion & Release
This class blends energizing yoga-inspired movement with resistance stretching to warm, strengthen, and open the body. In the second half of class, we shift into guided myofascial release using therapy balls to melt away tension, restore mobility, and leave you feeling as though you’ve had a full-body massage. Expect to finish class lighter, more open, and deeply renewed.
Zone Harmony
A gentle movement class designed to support circulation, relaxation, and organ health through simple rhythmic exercises. Inspired by the work of Paul Chek, Zone Harmony helps calm the nervous system while bringing the body into balance. The movements are easy to follow, restorative, and accessible for all levels.
