We begin with a free 15-minute health strategy call to briefly discuss your health concerns and determine whether coaching may be a good fit.

2. Health Assessment
If you decide to move forward, we explore your health history, lifestyle habits, movement patterns, and daily routines to gain a deeper understanding of what may be influencing your wellbeing.

3. Personalized Strategy
Based on what we discover, we begin developing practical strategies that may include lifestyle adjustments, movement recommendations, stress management practices, and other supportive habits.

4. Ongoing Support
Coaching sessions provide continued guidance, accountability, and support as you begin implementing changes and building sustainable habits that support your health.
